For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with plants and flowers, swimming pool fenced (12 x 8 m, depth 40 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Shop 100 m, supermarket 180 m, restaurant 30 m, bar, café 100 m, bus stop "Parada Bus" 150 m, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 130 m. Sports harbour 2.2 km, marina 2.2 km, golf course (9 hole) 10 km.
