Ryan and Charissa were very professional and quick with responses. The property was perfect for our family vacation.

Despite the rain and flooding we managed to make some great memories and enjoyed this house.

overall stay was good, they house fit our family of 9 perfect, but only complaint on our end was, the carpet in the bedrooms was very dirty, with crumbs on the floor in the bunk rooms and over 15 different bug findings, window seals where completely full of bugs as well and alot of dirt build up, but we had a great time and they had everything you need for a stay. Was nice to have a great place directly on the water, unfortunately we came during the flood and was unable to use the dock with it being under water, but the kids and I still had a great stay at this beautiful house on the water.
