Good spacious updated kitchen, beds are comfy, bedrooms are usually big for an older house. The train does get annoying after a while, especially with smaller children that get scared by sudden loud noises. Floor wasn't exactly clean, but was okay. BBQ needs updating. Exterior and yard could use some cleaning, but doesn't affect the stay if you're mostly indoors.

Check in was easy and house was clean and comfortable.

The lawn was overgrown when we pulled up, so rough first impression. Bedding was clean. Cooking dishes were sparse (no cooking sheets), old scratched Teflon pans. Floors, trashcan, and stove could have been cleaner. Train is audible but not bothersome. Little details like dirty walls, patched but unpainted spots on the wall, large hole in the wall behind sink pipes. Upstairs bedrooms (2) have in window ACs. With cleaning fee and insurance (or deposit) requirement was more costly for what we got.
