The updated kitchen comes fully equipped for preparing meals, and the open dining area with seating for six overlooks the living room and lanai. Cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows fill the living space with natural light, while the large lanai provides views of the tropical grounds and partial Gulf views.
The primary suite features a king bed, Gulf views, and a private bathroom with a shower. The guest bedroom includes twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a large closet. Upstairs, the loft overlooking the lanai offers additional sleeping space with two twin beds and trundles—perfect for families.

This property was amazing. My family and I had a wonderful time. The location with the beach access was great.Had an issue with a bathroom drain, which the owner sent someone to fix within few hours of me letting them know.Only suggestion to the property owners would be to have a newer washer and dryer due to it taking a long time to do laundry. BUT that did not interfere with our stay at all.If this property is available again, we definitely would book again when we decide to come back to the Island.

What an adorable place! We had a birthday celebration there and it was wonderful. Loved the decorations and the Kingfisher Team is great! Beach was a 2 min walk away and the pool was tons of fun. Would highly recommend.

Clean and updated with a view of beach. Close to beach and pool, great part of the island. Would definitely book again.

The loft would be fine for children, but not for adults. Don't think children would like it either because of no TV in the loft. We called the office about two brown recluse spiders we found in the loft, but no one ever came to check about it. The bath tub in the small bathroom would not drain properly. Would be standing in dirty bath water by the time a person finished a shower. I would not rent this condo again.
