Spacious water front six bedroom house perfect for two families or a large family retreat. Enjoy our paddle boat or bring your own toys! Don’t forget the fishing rods to hook onto some large mouth bass or pickerel right off the shore. The yard has a huge swing set for the kids and a large deck for the adults to enjoy the magnificent water views. While sitting on the deck, observe nature with bald eagles flying overhead and otters playing in the lake.
This spacious home which includes Central air throughout has a large kitchen and living area. The master bedroom (downstairs) has a queen bed, and access to the downstairs full bathroom. The bedrooms upstairs (5 in total) consist of: one double bed, one king bed, two separate bedrooms each with bunk beds and then another bedroom with twin bunk beds. The upstairs also features a full bath with a beautiful walk in shower. There is also an outdoor shower.
Bring your bikes and head off through the trails of Shining Sea Falmouth Bike Path. Popular beaches like Old Silver Beach and The Heights is a quick 10 minute drive away. Finish the day at downtown Falmouth or Woods Hole with a great meal, shopping, ice cream and people watching. The Island Queen is a ten minute drive if you want to explore Martha's Vineyard for the day.
There's a family room with SmartTV and DVD player, and a spacious eat-in kitchen with a slider to the deck and the grill. Also included are a microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, linens, WIFI, Central air and a basement for storing all your vacation gear, such as bikes, beach chairs and coolers. You also have access to a paddle boat on the lake! Home includes 6 off street parking spots.

Great lake front with small beach and deck to enjoy the outdoors! The perfect stay for our extended family and young kids.

The house sat on a beautiful pond and felt bright, spacious, and welcoming. Our family truly loved the location and the amenities. Unfortunately, the kitchen had a significant ant infestation. We understand it’s a lake house and some pests are expected, but the issue was noticeable the moment we arrived and clearly wasn’t new.We purchased ant baits the first evening, and the owner reimbursed us right away, which we appreciated. Still, the problem was far beyond what the baits could handle. Although we rented the home for seven days, the exterminator wasn’t able to come until day six, so much of our week involved sanitizing surfaces and dealing with ants—definitely not ideal. Throwing out food and finding ants on our board game while sitting at the kitchen table took away from the experience.Overall, the owner was gracious and responsive, and we still enjoyed the week, but the infestation made parts of the stay challenging and less than a perfect vacation.

We had a very nice stay. Julia was very responsive to the few minor issues that we encountered. It’s a very nice place with a beautiful view of a lake, lots of bedrooms and beds. One thing to remember is if you book this place is the bed on the first floor is a sleep number bed. It was actually a perfect situation for my elderly father because he could stay on the first floor, eat meals in the kitchen, hang out in the living room with everyone and sit on the deck and look at the beautiful view. At first he thought the bed was way too firm, but it had been set at 100. so once we got it down, he was much more comfortable. (Be sure it’s plugged in). There were only a couple of steps to the front door and he could maneuver those with the help of someone. It’s close to Falmouth and there were a lot of good seafood restaurants around which we enjoyed very much. It’s also less than 20 minutes from the Massachusetts national cemetery so if you are there for a burial, I highly recommend this location.

This was a wonderful property and the pond was so great! The house was perfect for our large extended family and everyone was sad to leave.
