There is a $100 per person per stay charge above 6 people. Please be honest about how many people. This is to keep it more affordable for small groups.

Linens/Towels: Linens and towels are not provided. Pillows and comforters are provided. However a package can be purchased for $225.00 if desired. Please ask for information. We believe in giving you a choice.

***Dogs.....we do accept 1 dog on a case by case review. The cost is $200. Please include information on your request about your dog. Breed, weight and age would be appreciated

All types of parties or events are not allowed and are defined as any gathering that exceeds the property's occupancy limit as described in the contract.

North Hero located vacation oriented lakefront home located at the end of a very private road. This vacation home has 4 bedrooms: 2 with queen, 1 with twin & queen, one with 2 sets of bunk beds. The house has pine boards on ceilings & walls. There is a vaulted ceiling with beams in the living room. Most rooms have hardwood floors and ceiling fans. There is a large elevated deck that over looks the lake facing west and north west. The deck is equipped with two picnic tables, multiple lawn chairs and a gas grill.

A private beach with a gradual slope, its not sand its a skipping stone, a floating dock, rowboat and a country boat launch. Those looking to fish from the shore will find a plentiful supply of sunfish, perch, rock bass, crappies and an occasional bass or northern. For those looking to kayak or canoe this area is nicely protected from the wind and wildlife is plentiful!

Pro-Bass Fishermen, this is where you want to be. Some of the frequently visited hot spots are along our property shoreline and multiple others close by. Dock power available! No need to drag your boat out at night!

Boat Launch and Trailer storage: The Boat launch is a shared country boat launch on the property. The useability is based upon Lake condtions, size of your boat, trailer and vehicle used for the launch. The dock can accommodate small and large vessels depending on weather and lake conditions. This dock is a deep water dock. There is also access to electricity on the shoreline to charge your trolling motors. Bring personal extension cord for hook up. 200 ft apx.

There is plenty of room to store your trailer on the property.
