A very quiet and relaxing countryside setting.
The property consists of 3 independent apartments, each measuring 60 square meters.
Each apartment is a 2+2, consisting of a bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a double sofa bed.
Amenities include: mini-oven, refrigerator, American-style coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, bathroom with shower stall, towels and linens, hair dryer (upon request), and free Wi-Fi.
Each apartment has an outdoor area with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, where you can eat and relax.
In addition, a laundry service is available upon request for a fee.
Outside, there is a large private garden (3,000 square meters) with a 6x12-meter swimming pool equipped with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and children’s play equipment.
Ample private, fenced parking.
Ideally located for visiting both the most important food and wine destinations in southern Tuscany (Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Siena, Chianti) and the beautiful, historic cities of northern Umbria (Perugia, Assisi, Città di Castello, Gubbio, Orvieto).

We loved the place...Marco is a very kind and friendly and easy going. The pool is clean, wazer so fresh. The location is close to camucia and cortona to go out. We had wonderful walking close to the apartment and enjoyed the nature. We will definitely return.

It is in the Tuscan country side. It comes with all wonderful features such as calm with the only sound audible are birds and chicades happily singing. The swimming pool is nice and shared by three families and the owners family. We needed the air conditioning on and off as it was during the hot spell and the additional cost for this was 28euros for a week. The windows have mosquito nets but even so they come in to eat you up so we recommend keeping the windows and door closed if you suffer from mosquito bites. One and the only negative factor was the drainage for the shower. If you didn't want to stand in an inch/2.5cm of dirty puddle you had to stand on the raised area which was what we did in the end and it is doable. I expect unless a major work is done to the drainage this is quite normal in Tuscany. We have had similar in other places. Marco, the owner speaks excellent English and is there for whatever the questions and requests. Extra freezer and fridge space was provided for each villas in a communal fridge freezer which was very welcome. Bring everything such as bin liner, sponge for washing up, washing up liquid, soap, salt and pepper, etc. But kitchen utensils and crockery and cutlery are provided as well as towels and sheets.
