In the small, romantic village of Gager, between Groß-Zicker and Alt-Reddevitz, stands the "Meeresbrise" semi-detached home, situated on a separate lot. With 75 m² of living space, this semi-detached home is generously sized and leaves nothing to be desired. The unit spans two floors, is designated as a non-smoking property, and also features a barrel sauna. Not far from your accommodations are the sailing and fishing harbor. The fine sandy beach is approximately 1.9 km away. In the Baltic Sea resorts of Baabe and Göhren, not far from you, you’ll find larger shopping options.



Semi-detached House 02 “Meeresbrise” with Terrace and Barrel Sauna:

The “Meeresbrise” semi-detached house is generously sized at approximately 75 m² and offers ample space for up to 5 people. The non-smoking accommodations are spread over two levels and also features a terrace with seating, a parasol, a beach chair, and a Weber kettle grill. On the first floor, the Meeresbrise semi-detached house features a large living/dining area with a dining table for 5 people, a comfortable couch, a Smart TV with Sky (selection of sports, movies, and documentaries), a Blu-ray player, a DAB radio, and direct access to the terrace through a sliding door. You won’t have to go without an internet connection (Wi-Fi) even while on vacation. The kitchenette integrated into the living area features a convection oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, an egg cooker, a bread slicer, a Bosch Tassimo machine, an air fryer, and various other kitchen utensils. During the colder months, a wood-burning stove ensures cozy evenings. A guest restroom is located on the first floor. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where you’ll find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and an utility room with a washer-dryer, ironing board, and iron. The first bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a smart TV, a closet, a dresser, and a recliner. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m), a tandem bed (a single bed with a pull-out function, each 0.90 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a dresser, and a closet. The spacious bathroom features a round glass shower, a towel warmer, a sink, a mirror cabinet, a hair dryer, and a toilet. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and has granite tile flooring (except in the bedrooms). All windows can be darkened with electric exterior blinds, and insect screens are installed all around. A parking space is located right next to the house, along with a charging station for electric vehicles (for a fee). The covered bike shed, which can accommodate up to 4 bicycles, is located next to the garden shed. A rotary clothesline is set up for you on the lawn. From the patio with its beach chair, you can wind down the day with a drink and enjoy beautiful sunsets over the harbor. On cooler days, a new barrel sauna is available for your use. For our younger guests, 1 crib and 1 high chair are included. A maximum of 2 pets (knee-high, no cats) are allowed on the fenced-in property for an additional fee. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 1 small towel) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
