Noce terrace where you can overlook the mountains
The beds are extremely high.
The location is very noisy.
It’s an old facility.
Windows are high; difficult to reach curtains to close or open.

It is so cute. I love the courtyard everybody that we had contact or treated us so nice and the rooms were so lovely and the view of the volcanoes and the breakfast staff and the food was awesome. Thank you so much.
There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. Everything was wonderful.

El Carmen Hotel is conveniently located slightly outside of the main streets and plaza, so you're not surrounded by too much noise at night, but close enough to walk to all relevant places in Antigua. The staff was very helpful throughout my stay, helping with recommendations for sightseeing and how to get to shittles, etc. Loved the roof terrace and breakfast there.

Perfect location. Beautiful rooftop
The room I had looked like they started building it and didn’t finish it. Very small and woke up to a pool of water because the roof was leaking. It continued to leak. I was checking it out that morning so I told them to leave it so I can shower and get on with my day. The room had no ventilation. After shower , I couldn’t use any of the mirrors because it fogged up. It would have been impossible for 2 people to stay in this show box. For the price I paid , that was unacceptable experience. Also the towels were old and yellowing.
