The apartment is new and ideally located in the heart of Nice, on the pedestrian area with its restaurant and entertainment, 100 meters from the beach and 300 meters from Place Massena.
In the neighborhood, major brands and luxury boutiques follow one another in the elegant area of Place Masséna, Avenue de Verdun and the pedestrian streets nearby. Avenue Jean Médecin and its perpendiculars are perpetually animated.
No need to come by car. You will be less than 5 minutes walk from all the activities. There is also the bus and tram nearby and the train station 1 km, 15 minutes walk to visit the surrounding cities.

Great location - near prominade, train stations, and lovely restaurants. Small space, but perfect for 2 when you are only sleeping in unit anyway. Apartment is on top floor - so prepare luggage accordingly. Hosts were very communicative and helpful.

I was very pleased with the area thats its located in and the air conditioned rooms.
However, the 84 steps was a challenge every day especially with our suitcases.
