This is an excellent Lake Catherine property. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths allowed myself and 4 grands to have plenty of space for sleeping and cleaning up. The pool table was a huge hit as numerous games were played. Be prepared for the downhill walk to the dock, but it's sturdy and the view is totally worth it.
