Built in 2006 in the seaside resort architectural style, the Residenz Ostseestrand is located in a prime, quiet location close to the beach in the West district of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. The fine sandy beach is just 50 meters away—the ideal starting point for a perfect beach vacation!
But even on cold days, the apartment complex is a top vacation destination: a sauna is available to our guests free of charge. There is also an elevator and a bicycle storage room in the building. A washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee.

COZY 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT ON THE GROUND FLOOR WITH A TERRACE
Welcome to Vacation Apartment No. 03 in the Ostseestrand building! This lovingly and comfortably furnished 2-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the building and features a terrace facing northeast. With an area of approximately 40 square meters, the apartment—featuring a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower—offers plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.

The tastefully furnished living area features a cozy sofa set and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. With just a few simple steps, you can convert the sofa into a comfortable sleeping area for 2 people (160 cm wide).

The adjoining dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. The open kitchenette is equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with an exhaust fan, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, along with plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.

From here, you step out onto the furnished terrace (with a parasol and a table with 4 chairs), which faces northwest and invites you to linger. Here you can soak up the sun, relax, and wind down the evening after a beautiful day at the beach.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious wardrobe offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. Curtains and drapes are installed on the bedroom windows to provide privacy and block out light.

The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, a large sink, and storage space for your toiletries, rounds out the overall appeal of this beautiful vacation rental.
 
SPECIAL FEATURES
This non-smoking apartment is designed to be senior-friendly. Pets are not allowed in this allergy-friendly apartment. The senior-friendly apartment features wide doors and a walk-in shower with wide shower doors, grab bars, and a fold-out shower seat. In addition, the tiled bathroom offers a large mirror, a hair dryer, and ample shelf space for your shower essentials.
 
All utilities, such as electricity, water, and heating, are included in the rent. Bed linens and towels can be booked separately from us for an additional fee. Please place your order well in advance so that we can have the linens package ready for you in your apartment before your arrival. Wi-Fi is available on the premises; however, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions.
 
A parking space is available for your use—it is located approximately 250 m from the house (about a 100-meter walk). You are welcome to pull up directly in front of the building’s entrance to load and unload your luggage. You can safely store any bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the bicycle storage room. A washing machine and dryer are located in the property and can be used for a fee.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
