This perfectly located, well-maintained, 3BR/2.5 bath townhouse in Lincoln Station is just steps to shops, restaurants and downtown Lincoln, NH. It's 1-mile to Loon Mountain, with shuttle service available. This bi-level home has large bedrooms, and an open floor plan that includes kitchen counter seating, a dining room table, and ample, comfortable seating space to enjoy a 60" CATV above a propane fireplace. A spacious deck enables outdoor dining, and has a high-end gas grill & propane firepit. Hi-speed internet/ wifi, in-unit washer/ dryer and private access to the indoor/ outdoor pool & hot tub make this a super relaxing destination for everyone! Its the perfect getaway spot for skiers, summer renters, and leaf-peepers alike.

Host was quick to communicate via text and very responsive. Please note that this place does not include shampoo/conditioner, only body wash. There were wifi issues and TV was not working and was not resolved in the three days that we stayed. The first day we said it was okay thinking it would be resolved. When it was not, the owner kindly refunded a small amount.
