The property is located in San Gregorio, Marina di Patu, a small village nestled in a natural cove with crystal-clear waters, just a few kilometers from Santa Maria di Leuca, “De finibus terrae,” the southernmost tip of Apulia, where the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea meet. The house is situated in a panoramic location, just a few meters from the sea. It is spread over two floors. S. Gregorio is one of the southernmost towns on the Ionian coast, which borders the western side of the Salento peninsula. It is a small, very quiet, and uncrowded village with two newsstands, a mini-market, two bars, and two restaurants serving fresh seafood. Due to its geography, the bay on which it sits was once a natural harbor. The surrounding coastline alternates between small rocky coves and stretches of fine white sand. About 4 km south of San Gregorio lies Santa Maria di Leuca, a lively and popular port town.
