Lovely apartment in good location. Apartment description on line mentions a hot tub which is incorrect and misleading. Very nice stay !

Loved the location and apartment - perfect for myself and husband for going into Lucca town or eating or getting a coffee locally. Balcony was perfect for breakfast and in the evening. Thank you

The person we were working with was absolutely horrible. She told us the condo would be ready ny noon. While we were enroute she texted us that it would not be ready until 4. She did not give us the accurate address. The address she gave us was an abandoned building. She then told us to go to a cafe nerarby and wait....with our luggage....incredibly stressful. When questioned about the address, she said there were several Via di Tagliote and to just have taxi pick us up at Pizzeria down the street...WTH
