This is a VERY spacious (2750+ total square feet), top floor villa featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, with three private lanai's to sit on and enjoy your favorite tropical drink. This is one of the most demanded complexes's in all of Poipu due to its central air conditioning, luxurious amenities, and its prime location! From the lanai, you're only steps away from the greenbelt and under a 5 minute walk to Kauai's best beaches!

The Villa's sit on the coveted greenbelt leaving just a few minute walk between you and the beach! Poipu Beach is Kauai's most desirable area and was recently rated the #1 beach in all of America. My unit is among one of the biggest condominiums you'll find in Poipu! The unit's size and the internal layout provide spacious comfort for as many as 10 adults (additional space for small children) but can also work well and is priced perfectly for smaller groups.
The floor plan is well laid out with everything on one floor. There are NO stairs inside the unit and three private master suites each with its own full private bathrooms. High speed wireless internet is available at no additional cost to stay connected, should you chose to. Additional sleeping for groups larger than 10 will be on the air mattress or pack n plays for the little ones.

We loved our stay in Poipu with our adult children. The villa accommodated 5 adults perfectly and was stocked with everything we needed. The large lanai off the living room provided ample space for gathering and evening card games. Location was ideal with only a short walk to Brennecke beach and the Hyatt. Pool and hot tub were very convenient and always available. Definitely would stay again!

My party of 6 adults and young children had a wonderful time. A beautiful condo with plenty of space. We loved the lanai. It is close to beaches, and shops. We walked over to the Grand Hyatt. Mike is a great host. He is quick to respond and takes pride in his condo.

Amazing huge place. We were a group of 8 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. We absolutely loved the balcony with the big table where we spent a lot of time while at the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and fully stocked with essentials. The location is fantastic, a 10 minutes walk to Poipu beach which is beautiful. The beach equipment was also great. Mike was very prompt to answer our questions. We had an incredible stay there and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Mike!
