To the side of the property is a small terraced area, set within the neighbouring cottages. With a garden table and chairs, imagine coming home after a day exploring, firing up the barbecue, and enjoying a glass of wine as the sun goes down. In the springtime, the terrace is set with attractive planters and awash with colour.



Set in breathtaking Nidderdale, this property is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and for the outdoor enthusiast, there are no limits to the number of cycling trails and walking routes. The Three Peaks of Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-Ghent draw in climbers and trekkers from all across the world. To enjoy a more leisurely pace, take a walk around nearby Gouthwaite Reservoir for some spectacular waterside views. Following the success of the Tour de France Grand Depart in 2014, Yorkshire is renowned for its annual cycling event, the Tour de Yorkshire, and welcomes many cyclists to the area. The famous cycling challenge, the Cote de Lofthouse, starts its ascent right behind the cottage.

No trip to this corner of Yorkshire would be complete without a day out in the Victorian Spa town of Harrogate which is just over 16 miles away.
