Truly a dream kitchen, there is plenty of room for family meal prep with a huge kitchen island, double ovens and upgraded appliances. There is a luxurious and spacious great-room with open kitchen, eating bar, amazing gathering spaces and a luxuriously huge gas fireplace. The bedrooms are lush and spacious, each with their own bath. Quality throughout including nice mattresses, linens and lovely finishes. Each bathroom and shower has gorgeous custom tilework. The downstairs den with a big TV s a perfect space for a gameroom, or for kids to have their own space. The oceeanfront primary bedroom has direct beach access, fantastic views and a gorgeous full bath.

Upstairs is open great-room with stunning kitchen, eating bar, dining area, ocean views and access to rooftop deck.
Lower level: Den with game table; primary bedroom with king bed and full bath with shower; bedroom with double/twin bunk and twin bed shared bathroom with shower; bedroom with queen bed and doors to 6th bedroom with twin and trundle and another full bath with tub/shower.

A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

For Summer Bookings between 7/1-9/4: There may not be one or two day gaps. So if you book a stay allowing this type of gap between bookings, you may be asked to cancel or move dates. We apologize for inconvenience but the online booking system does not allow for this type of rule.
