This million dollar home is ideally situated on the bluff of the prestigious Priest Point waterfront community between Marysville and Everett.
Entering the property you will be greeted by the giggling waterfall on the right and the palm trees on the left. The design of this Frank Loyld Wright style home is timeless.
Once inside the house you will be wowed by the soaring 30ft ceiling, the 7 ft crystal chandelier in the entry and the sparkling rich hardwood floors throughout. From the unique double helix floating wood staircase, to the marble island kitchen equipped with all high end stainless steel appliances and custom maple cabinets, this house is designed for those who truly want to enjoy the comforts and luxury of life.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful VRBO while attending our daughter’s wedding nearby. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the wedding venue, making the weekend stress-free.Nikki was an outstanding host. She responded quickly to every question and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.The house itself is amazing, and the view is absolutely spectacular. One of the most unforgettable parts of our visit was discovering that this is truly an eagle haven. Every day we watched 5–8 bald eagles perched in the trees just off the deck. Seeing them soar overhead, dive into the water for fish, and chase each other through the sky was an incredible experience that we’ll never forget.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to stay. Between the stunning home, breathtaking scenery, abundant wildlife, and exceptional host, it exceeded all of our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved this place, it was a gorgeous place with lots of room for everyone. It was so kid friendly with baby gate and all. The deck has a gorgeous view and the ability to sit many people. We enjoyed low tide and getting down on the beach area and found many cool shells and crabs. The location for oceanfront is a must. Highly recommend this gorgeous place, we had an amazing time staying there.

The location of the 3-story house was picturesque. Stair access to the shore was a safe staircase down the bluff. The patio deck offered a perfect spot for birding. A bald eagle flew into the nearby pine tree. The main floor of house was well kept and clean. The upper and lower floors were not as well kept. The upper level staircase had debris and dirt on steps, close to the top of staircase. The upstairs and downstairs rooms were not dusted or vacuumed well. You could run your finger through the dust and the floors had debris and dirt in areas. The bathroom showers had mold on the grout and hair strands in the shower. The lower floor had damp towels in bedroom drawers and towels on top of the washing machine.
