In our fully equipped vacation apartments right on the edge of the forest in Götzens, you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment. The “Panoramablick” apartment (52 m²) on the first floor features a south-facing balcony, and the “Zirbe” apartment in the basement is furnished with solid Swiss stone pine.

Both apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen in the living area, a bathroom with a toilet, and a bedroom. The many tourist, cultural, and sports facilities in and around Innsbruck and Götzens ensure you’ll never get bored.

The Olympic city of Innsbruck, with its numerous attractions, is just a 10-minute drive or public transportation ride away. With the Innsbruck Card, you can visit many attractions, mountain railways, and museums for free.

During your summer vacation, you can set out from Götzens on wonderful hikes and mountain bike tours in the Tyrolean mountains—whether you prefer leisurely, flat trails from alpine pasture to alpine pasture or more challenging hikes up the Pfriemesköpfl or Nockspitze, to name just a few. You can cool off by swimming in Lake Natterer, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the vacation rental.
In winter, Götzens attracts skiers and winter sports enthusiasts. Right in Götzens, the eight-person Götzner Bahn gondola lift takes you up to the Pfriemesköpfl and Mutterer Alm ski areas. You’ll also find a ski school and ski rental right at the valley station. The ice rink in Götzens invites you to enjoy ice skating and curling regardless of the weather. Whether you’re sledding, winter hiking, snowshoeing, or ski touring, you’ll experience the Tyrolean winter at its best.

This stunning first-floor vacation apartment features a kitchen-living room with a dining area, a living room suite, satellite TV, a south-facing balcony, and a double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, freezer, etc.). Towels, dish towels, bed linens, and toilet paper are included. The seating area can also be converted into a bed for 2 children or teenagers. Large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Children can use the playground equipment in the garden. Free Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house.


The total size of the vacation rental is 51 m² + 3 m² balcony.
