This charming second floor 2-bedroom condo is perfect for small families, business executives, or anyone looking to enjoy time in Phoenix. This condo sleeps up to 5 people and includes a balcony providing extra space to enjoy the Phoenix sunshine.
About the property
The Pointe Resort Condos at Tapatio Cliffs provide all the amenities you could ask for. Within the gated community you will find 3 heated pools and jacuzzis, BBQ areas, tennis and basketball court access, a reserved parking space, and plenty of guest parking. We are located 10 miles north of downtown Phoenix, 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and 30 minutes from State Farm Cardinals Stadium.
About the Unit
Within this homey condo, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, along with a rollaway memory foam guest cot (71"x30"). The 2nd bedroom features 2 twin beds. Outside of the bedrooms, you will find a kitchen full of stainless steel appliances, plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, a coffee machine, a full sized washer and dryer, a large private patio with mountainous views and plenty of seating, internet, cable TV, DVD player, DVD library, and board games. For little ones, there is a pack and play crib and a highchair. You will have access to complimentary soaps, coffee, and pool towels.

A short walk from the condo, you will find North Mountain. Here you are welcome to explore hiking trails of various difficulty and summit 2,000 feet above Phoenix. You will be less than 2 miles from a grocery store and gas station. This condo is 6 miles away from Uptown Phoenix which features numerous restaurants known for their cocktails, food, and ambiance. We suggest checking out Hula's Modern Tiki, Clever Koi, and The Churchill. Downtown is 10 miles south of the condo. You will find beautiful street art, various museums, music venues, and an amazing foodie scene.

We loved everything about our stay! The condo was extremely comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The pools were great and there a lot of restaurant options in the area.

Excellent location with walking distance to North Mountain for an early morning hike! The pools were enjoyed during the heat of the day and the patio in the cool of the evening.

What an absolutely adorable unit! The owner was amazing with communication and responded very quickly with any questions or concerns. There was a little snafu with the unit’s parking space and painting of the building during our stay… which made parking a little challenging and inconvenient ... But the owner made it RIGHT, which is all that matters. Home is in a gated community for an extra level of safety and the kitchen is fully stocked. All in all we loved our time here and it was super-comfy. Pool time was great, too! We will be back!
