Ty was awesome’ she double check and even triple check sometimes with the process. I really enjoyed our stay and appreciate all the help that I received from her. It’s a great location. Lots of fun definitely would go back!

The house was well equipped, had everything we needed. There was plenty of room per our family. The pool was great. Kids enjoyed that. It’s in a good location close to a lot of things. The owners were very responsive to any questions or issues we had. The house help make for an enjoyable vacation for me and my family.

We came to the Charlotte area for my daughter’s wedding. Ty’s home was ideal for our large family and the location was ideal. It was a great place to enjoy separate spaces or gather together. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was peaceful to sip morning coffee out on the porch while watching the blue heron hunt for fish in the water. Ty was a super responsive host and left a welcome gift for the bride, which was very thoughtful. If you have a chance to stay here, I would highly recommend it.

We were gathering for a reunion of friends from a nearby college. While the weather did not cooperate for all of our outdoor adventures, the house had plenty of space and entertainment options to keep all of our crew happy. The pool/spa were very popular amongst the group. And the ample amount of space for cooking and dining together indoors and outdoors was perfect for our low-maintenance needs. We can't thank Ty and the team enough. They were the epitome of southern hospitality throughout our stay.
