A quiet holiday in our beautiful family home!
Ideal for 6 to 10 people, this large house with 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine is bright and pleasant to live in winter and summer.
Each window overlooks a green setting, increasingly rare in La Baule.
A large living room with comfortable sofas around the wood stove that heats the whole house. A large modern and fully equipped open kitchen (appliances and all utensils left at the disposal of travellers). A bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, a pantry with recent washing machine and dryer complete the first floor, easy to access (only one works from 7cm at the entrance of the house).
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a mezzanine library that can be used as a games room or as an additional bed for 2 people.
Office spaces allowing you to isolate yourself to work.
Two large terraces as an extension of the living room to enjoy the outdoors at different times of the day, overlooking a large garden with trees, semi-fenced with a swing frame, a large trampoline (unprotected), a basketball hoop and a football goal.
