Just a 4-minute walk to the beach. Included in your stay is access to The Riverfront Club (https://theriverfrontcocoabeac...), where you can enjoy the pool, kayaks, and SUPs. Our home offers a game room, screened-in patio, backyard oasis, and a fully stocked kitchen with multiple coffee brewing options. For your beach days, we provide towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys, and a beach wagon. We are a NO SMOKING, NO Vaping, NO E-Cigarette property, inside and out. Please note, while we are pet-friendly, all pets must be approved in advance, with a $200 pet fee per stay. To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, we do have an age requirement of 25 or older to book, and we don’t allow parties or events of any kind. Additionally, our home is not available for groups of high school or college students planning a Spring Break getaway.

Kennedy Space Center is a quick 20-minute drive, and Cape Canaveral is only 10 minutes away by car. Explore the City of Cocoa's downtown, a 15-20 minute drive.
Pet approval needed prior to booking - $200 pet fee per stay. We have two actively recording cameras: one on the front of the house overlooking the driveway and front yard of the house and one door bell camera which records activity at the front door and sidewalk. All devices are on the exterior of the home.

This is a great place to stay in Cocoa Beach! The host is super responsive and helpful. The house had everything we needed. My kids loved the game room and having the beach items was very convenient. The beach is so close; it was great to be able to walk there quickly. The access to the Riverfront Club was a great bonus. We went kayaking and saw manatees!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Even though our weather wasn’t the best our stay was. This house has something for everyone. We appreciated the beach wagon, cart and chairs when walking to the beach with a toddler. The game room was perfect for rainy days and the backyard was perfect for lazy afternoons. Beds were comfortable and the TV in the living was perfect for movie watching. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting family in Florida!

Sherrie was an incredible host. She was very welcoming and informative. The property is in a great location with many activities and dining options very close by. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a short walking distance away from the ocean as well as the banana river. My wife and I are looking forward to staying at this property again.
