This condo, located on the second floor, allows easy access to the white sandy beach either by stairs or elevator. Its prime location near Rosemary and Alys Beaches ensures proximity to charming coffee shops and restaurants.

The Blue Marlin features expertly designed spaces for luxury and comfort: The ensuite master suite accommodates 2 with a Tempurpedic Lux 10% cooling mattress, a modern barn door entrance to the luxurious bathroom, a Toto bidet washlet with a heated seat, and more. The second en-suite queen bedroom sleeps 2, offering a BeautyRest mattress, a walk-in shower with a handheld sprayer, and other amenities. The third bedroom, a bunk bed with a trundle, sleeps 4-5 and includes LG OLED TV and bean bag chairs.

The living room is equipped with a sectional and recliners, a touchstone fireplace, and a Samsung OLED TV. The kitchen boasts Berkshire quartz countertops, Curtis stone cookware, and brand new Samsung appliances. A laundry room with a Samsung washer and dryer is also available.

Unit 230, situated right on the beach, provides breathtaking views from the master bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample storage, and white countertops. The open plan dining and living areas are perfect for entertaining, and a large patio overlooks the Gulf.

Parking:

This unit comes with one assigned parking spot. Overflow parking is across the street. The overflow lot uses the same gate code.

Other details to note:

Guests will find a dumpster to the right of the entrance of the complex, after passing through the gate.

This condo complex does not have a fitness center but there are many fitness centers close by that offer daily passes!

Beach Towels: To make your beach getaway more enjoyable, we provide 4 beach towels per bedroom for guest use during your stay. Please leave all towels within the bathrooms prior to checkout.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
