A vacation home (approx. 125 m²) in Memmingen’s historic district with a small garden and a terrace that’s almost completely secluded, just a few hundred meters from the train station and downtown. Cafés, restaurants, and a REWE supermarket are just a couple of minutes’ walk away. A private parking space is available to guests free of charge.
The house is fully furnished and offers both vacationers and business travelers everything they need to feel at home, even during a longer stay.

- Entryway/closet
- Guest restroom with washing machine
- Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- Dining room with seating for up to 8 guests
- Living room with TV, a double bed, and leather sofas
- Terrace and small garden with patio furniture
The upper floor features:
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds (which can be pushed together)
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (box spring), a TV, and an adjoining dressing room with a desk and a sleeper sofa.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
