I would stay here again!Great communication with the owner, who was always quick to respond and resolve any issue(s).Great location - quiet, close to restaurants, town square, grocery store etc.Everything was as advertised and more...Kitchen had every appliance needed as we hardly ate out.It was great having a TV in both the bedroom and living area.

This is a newer condo that has potential to be better if the host had a bit more interest in his investment. I have stayed and enjoyed better accomodations in Puerto Morelos. This condo is lacking some amenities which I have become accustomed to when staying at other locations such as a microwave and drinking water. I was really not impressed with the views and location. Sorry to say but this unit was not worth the price that we paid.
