A peaceful oasis: 2 separate single-story homes, a dozen terraces with 270° ocean views and 90° views of the mountains and vineyards. Large infinity pool where you can enjoy the ocean view while swimming. Far away from it all on 6 private hectares of maquis and Mediterranean garden. Just a 10-minute drive from Saint-Florent, with a 3-km private road leading up the hill 80 meters above sea level. Below the property lies a pebble beach and the valley. At the top, a gem of a centuries-old dry-stone cottage with a terrace and panoramic views of vineyards, mountains, and the sea.
- A main house of approximately 200 m² on the first floor, consisting of:
• 3 bedrooms with ocean views, each with its own toilet and shower room, including a 30 m² master suite with a 180/200 bed.
Another bedroom with a 180/200 bed and a third bedroom with four 90/200 beds.
• a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large living room with a TV, fireplace, and wood-burning stove, and overlooks a large, shaded terrace with a view of the sea.
- A second house of approx. 80 m², located 100 m from the main house, consisting of:
• a large living room with a built-in kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area with a fireplace and TV, opening onto a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea.
• 2 bedrooms, including a master suite with a 180/200 bed and an en suite bathroom, and a bedroom with a 180/200 bed. The beds can be separated into two 90/200 beds if needed.
• Separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
• Large round infinity pool with a terrace equipped with a beach umbrella and lounge chairs.
• Several shaded terraces on the property for breakfast,
for aperitifs, meals, or relaxing with a view of the sea and the sunset.
• Pétanque court in the shade of cork oaks and strawberry trees.

- It is possible to rent only the main house. Please make arrangements for this.
- Swimming pool: Opens June 1.

- Bed linens and towels are included for stays of at least 4 nights. For shorter stays, they can be added for 20 € per person.
- Pool and beach towels will not be provided.
- A representative will welcome you and provide concierge services. The owner will remain available by phone if needed.
- ! For stays of three nights or fewer, we charge a flat fee of 20.00 euros per person for bed linens and towels !
