With two identical levels (Unit A and B), each featuring an open floorplan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this haven combines a sleek design with the comfort of home. Each unit boasts its own private entrance, kitchen, living space with a fireplace, and covered decks that provide expansive oceanfront views, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group to luxuriate.

The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 3 vehicles. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after soaking up the sun.

Unit A on the upper level boasts spectacular indoor and outdoor ocean and pier views. The living area features all-new furnishings, a color-changing fireplace, and a large smart TV. Exit to the covered deck for outdoor dining or revel in the sound of crashing waves and sightings of dolphins. The fully stocked kitchen with a large island is perfect for preparing meals, and the dining area offers mesmerizing ocean views. The first Queen bedroom has access to an oceanside deck, sharing a hallway bathroom with the second Queen bedroom. Beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens upon arrival, and fluffy towels will be available. Also included are ten beach chairs, four boogie boards, a cooler, a stroller, and a beach cart.

Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.
