Inside home was very clean and comfortable. The reason for the 4 star was we had reached out to the host about there only being 4 bath towels and there were 4 adults and one infant for 5 days 4 nights and if we were suppose to wash the towels. No response. There was only one roll of paper towels in the kitchen and each bathroom had two rolls of toilet paper, again we were asking the host if we needed to supply these and got no response. The Hosts number to contact him was disconnected so I email him and never got a response. The exterior of the house had lots of bugs around the door, the fence was falling down and a wasp net was starting at the backyard corner of the deck so be careful. So the 3 star was to the host for never reaching out to us to let us know how to address our concerns.
