S'Ispantu, which means “wonder” in Sardinian, is not just a vacation home, but an unforgettable experience. Situated in a breathtaking panoramic location, our cottage offers spectacular views of the sea, surrounded by ancient rocks and authentic Mediterranean vegetation. Here you’ll find an atmosphere of peace and total connection with nature, ideal for those seeking relaxation and privacy.
The cottage
The house, unique in its style, combines modern comforts with handcrafted details. The furnishings, handcrafted by my favorite artisan—my husband—are made of olive wood, creating perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape.

Three bedrooms:
One master bedroom with a super king-size bed and a private bathroom.
A double bedroom connected to a second bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom.
Two modern bathrooms with elegant finishes.
A professional open-concept kitchen, fully equipped to inspire your culinary moments.
Three panoramic terraces with different views: the sea, the mountains, and the countryside.
The pools
The pools are a true gem of the property, perfectly integrated among the ancient rocks:
Main saltwater pool, ideal for relaxing and cooling off.
Heated mini hot tub, for moments of pure well-being.
The spacious areas around the pool ensure privacy for every guest.
Space and accessibility
S’Ispantu is nestled in the tranquility of the countryside, just a 10-minute drive from the town of Arzachena, where you’ll find restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest beach is in Cannigione (a 10-minute drive), while the Costa Smeralda is an 18-minute drive away.
Useful Information:
The property is accessed via an electric gate and offers free parking.
The road to our property includes about 1 km of unpaved road, which is easily passable.
Included amenities
Free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Swimming pool and heated hot tub included in the price.
Free parking near the house.
Additional details
Pets: Nala, our affectionate German Shepherd, and four cats live outside the house.
