The maximum occupancy for this property is 2 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

Firepit (charcoal and wood are provided)
The firepit is provided at the discretion of the owner. Due to the long grass in the meadow, the firepit will not be provided in dry or windy weather
Neither the firepit nor the stove should be left alight when the guests are not in residence
There is no central heating at the property, however an electric heater is provided in cold weather to complement the wood-burner
Supply of wood provided for the wood burning stove
Throughout the year, the meadow is periodically home to local sheep which graze on the grass. An electric fence is active at the bottom of the meadow when the sheep are in residence
This property is not connected to the mains water supply, water is therefore provided via a well, with the drinking water filtered and UV sterilised. Bottled water is provided, if preferred
This property has a biodigester and no product other than toilet paper should be flushed down the loo at any time
Deep-fat frying is not permitted since this is the most common cause of kitchen fire
Steps lead up to the property with a hand-rail and step grip surface
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking, vaping, candles or nightlights are permitted throughout the property
