The bedroom features a queen-sized bed & a lounge chair, while the dining area, equipped with a flat-screen television, offers a dual purpose as both a culinary space and entertainment hub. The kitchenette, compact yet functional, is equipped with an induction cooktop, mini ref, microwave, coffee maker and essential utensils.



We also provide other essentials like towels, linens, toiletries, and wifi connection. It's a good choice for solo travelers or couples looking for a private space.



Callowhill neighborhood is vibrant and conveniently located near City Hall, Center City, Reading Terminal Market, and Chinatown, offering excellent dining, shopping, and nightlife options. It is well-connected by public transit and great for jogging to the museum or a short drive to work. While the area is lively and occasionally has some noise, it remains a pleasant and appealing place to live. Just be cautious when walking outside during the night, as Philadelphia is known for safety issues at night.
