Welcome to White Caps 705, your luxurious Gulf-front retreat offering 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 7th floor, this condo provides the perfect setting for a relaxing beach getaway, with a spacious private balcony where you can unwind and soak in the sights and sounds of the Gulf.
Step inside to discover the Primary suite, featuring a comfortable King bed, a private bath with a tile walk-in shower, and access to the balcony for panoramic views of the Gulf. Enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the flat-screen TV, or relax with a good book while listening to the gentle sound of the waves.
The second bedroom offers two Queen beds, providing plenty of space for additional guests or family members. Meanwhile, the third bedroom features a Full-over-Full bunk bed, perfect for children or additional guests. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for entertainment.
With sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people, this condo is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a beach vacation together.
Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience during your stay.

For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Beautiful property, largest balcony we’ve had in a condo. Plenty of room and space for our group. Plenty of swimming portions indoor and out.

First I had to buy a second parking pass for 60 on a unit that sleeps 10. How many vehicles fit 10 people with luggage? But had I booked after May, it would have been included. This is a scam. Upon arrival I knew I needed to go to the room to get the parking passes. Maybe 20 minutes passed from the time we parked to the time I returned to the vehicles with the parking passes and we already had a warning on our vehicles due to improper parking. No grace. Smokers should be aware of their surroundings and not make others ingest second hand smoke but the security folks have strict rules and it’s absurd to treat those spending thousands of dollars like children and force us to walk to the far corner near the main road to smoke. While getting settled and bringing our luggage upstairs, we left some items outside the room door so we could reduce the number of trips up and down the elevator with plans to bring all items inside. Another violation. Hanging wet towels off the balcony. Another violation. In summary, do your homework. There are tons of places to stay that are far better and treat adults like adults than this place. Rules should be in place to protect people. Not rule people.
