"Seaside Retreat", Condo 430 is located at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 4th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $75 on-site registration fee for your parking pass & the amenity armbands for your group. Sleeps 6
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Walking in, you first see the amazing, direct beachfront view. The bright emerald water, white beach, and never-ending coast line is a truly breathtaking site.
BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED! From 03/15-10/31, your reservation comes with 2 chairs & an umbrella from the vendor on the beach. The condo has more beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys inside the condo guests are welcome to use.
The open plan living room/kitchen and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. The kitchen is open to the living area, with bar seating, new stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the small appliances and utensils you could need. Set up a buffet of food on the bar & enjoy it at the dining table.
The open-concept layout leads into the living room, where you will find comfortable seating for everyone in your group. The 9-foot ceilings and HUGE windows allow tons of light and lead out to your private balcony. You can end your day watching the sunset and enjoying cocktails on the balcony overlooking the sugar-white beach and the azure-colored waters of the Gulf!
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a smart tv for watching your favorite shows before bed, and plenty of storage. Your updated ensuite full bathroom has a vanity with great lighting, and a shower/ tub combination. The Bunkroom has a twin/full bunkbed, its own ensuite full bath, a smart Tv to keep everyone entertained, and a door separating it from the rest of the condo for privacy. Perfect for any age! There is also free Wifi and a full size Washer and Dryer for your convenience.
Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf-front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Our host did a fantastic job with constant proactive communication, from making the check-in process very easy to navigating a city water main break with timely communication, to the checkout process. The unit was exactly as shown online with a wonderful view of the beach and gulf. The unit was clean and had all of the basics covered to start our stay plus a little extra.

We are so happy that we booked this place! It was so clean and literally matched everything that was in the description! I love that it is so close to Pineapple Willy’s and on the 4th floor. It makes its easier for ones who are afraid of heights. The condo was absolutely beautiful and we loved the blue beach chairs on the patio/back porch! We got a beautiful view of the beach which was only steps away from our condo. We will defiantly be back in the future!

Our check-in was good. The room was ready earlier than regular check in time. The room was nice. Some of the things need a little attention but overall it was comfortable and relaxing once we got to the room. Getting to our parking space and to the room was a bit more than expected. The elevators were slow at times but the people were nice. Our view was nice and the pool seemed nice other than it’s only 3 1/2 foot deep all the way around. It was refreshing though. We enjoyed our stay.
