Located in a corner unit on the second level, this three-bedroom rental (featuring a King En Suite and two additional King Bedrooms) includes two full bathrooms and plenty of space for all. This corner unit offers a little more space than interior units and provides better views of the sound.

Hamilton Cay Reserve is located in the Bermuda Bay community in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. This community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.
**The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 8 miles from Hamilton Cay Reserve.
This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. Enjoy events and activities for all ages such as kids' camps, daily live music and entertainment, a wellness and recreation program, and six brand new pickleball courts! Dining and snack options are available on-site at Gather oceanfront restaurant and bar, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 1 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Access to the pool and beach is free. Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club between May 28th and September 6th. Parking passes are $10 daily or $35 weekly.
Westside Athletic Club Family Pass Included for FREE with Your Stay!
Complimentary access to Westside Athletic Club fitness center, pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and basketball courts. Classes and lessons are available for an additional fee. Family pass includes all 6 guests! Fitness Center is open all year round. Pool is open from Monday-Friday 6am-7:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests are welcome to use the pool on check-in day as we prepare for your arrival.

The condo is very new and was well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. There is a tv in each bedroom and the living area was open concept. The balcony was large and we appreciated the nice table and chairs out there, although a lounger would be nice on the bigger balconies. The kitchen had almost everything you could need and the washer and dryer was super helpful. The condo was not, however, clean when we arrived. Bags of dirty linens were in the living room, there was food in the cabinets, the floor had visible dirt and spills, and one of the beds had dirty sheets. Maybe better communication and clear expectations with the cleaning crew could be had in the future. I also reported this to the property within the first few hours we were there.I appreciate that the entire property is dog friendly!! However, we were here for a week and no one ever emptied the multiple dog waste stations. This could spread disease and worms, not to mention they smelled bad in the heat. Better information on the other off-property amenities, printed out and available in the unit, would be nice. We also would have appreciated a warning that we were in a construction zone and would be hearing construction noise from 7am to 6pm every day.Overall a 9/10 experience and we would recommend!

The condo was beautiful, clean and quiet. The only problem we had was finding it. Alot of construction and not clear identification of the unit on the check in information. Had to call and spoke with a foreign person who was not clear on the info either. She ended up calling back with the correct location.Once roads and the locations are fine tuned it will be perfect. We will absolutely stay again.
