À propos de cette location de vacances
Welcome to Singular Dream, where luxury meets comfort in the heart of Playa del Carmen!
Please note that while our rooftop pool and bar are exquisite amenities, the term "penthouse" doesn't accurately reflect our positioning within the building. The true essence of a penthouse, complete with interior opulence and expansive outdoor space, awaits you on the third floor in unit B-202.Let me walk you through what makes this condo stand out:
The Spacious Kitchen: Our kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting a large island, four barstools, and a breakfast nook for four. Fully-equipped with all the essentials, including a four-burner stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Complimentary bottled water cooler service is provided for all guests.
Little Extras: Planning a romantic beach picnic? We've got you covered with a picnic basket, packable plates and silverware, food containers, plastic wine glasses, and even a small portable picnic table hidden in the kitchen cabinets.
Outdoor Living on Enormous Private Terrace: Step outside to your own private oasis, featuring approximately 1,400 sq ft of open space for your exclusive use. Whether you're practicing yoga, soaking up the sun, or dining al fresco, our terrace has it all. Unwind on the lounge chairs, or gather around the outdoor dining table for a memorable evening under the stars.
At Singular Dream, we've thought of everything to ensure your stay is nothing short of exceptional. Book your dream getaway with us today!

The mini-split unit did not work at all in one bedroom and when we requested them to come look, they never did but wanted us to submit a picture of the thermostat which is not possible on the VRBO app. We were also charged and entire nights stay for coming into the unit early. Had we of known this we would have waited but were not given an option.
The unit is nice. It had everything you need for a small group. It is close to everything. I would not use Samson Waters property management group when selecting a unit from VRBO for the reasons stated above.
