Overall, it was an average townhome/condo. They were responsive when we did have issues, and it was a place to stay, but I feel like the pictures were a little misleading on the size of the place. There was a bad leak in the sink the first night that flooded the counter. They came and replaced it quickly. The air conditioning was not balanced, the front room was HOT. They came and checked and said it was fine, but it made for an uncomfortable stay for us in the front room while the other rooms were ice cold and freezing. The water pressure was terrible, we couldn’t use 2/3 showers. They came and replaced one shower head which helped a little. There was a roach in one of the bathrooms as well, not their fault, but hate finding bugs. Overall the place was outdated and needs upgrades. They were helpful, and we appreciate that, but we will not be back to this specific place again. If you’re just looking for somewhere to crash, this would work.
