We had a beautiful long-weekend stay in the Riverview Suite! The suite was beautifully designed and decorated, with a sweet view of the river down below. The gardens were pretty, with lots of deer and a few groundhogs. The window seat was especially lovely. The bed is a Murphy bed, which was opened up for us when we got there. We never closed it back up, as the suite is spacious and there are plenty of other comfortable places to sit, so we never needed the space. The mattress on the bed was medium-soft and very comfortable. It’s a short walk to 2 close restaurants, a little farther to the Appalachian Trail visitor center, and then a bit further to the main historic area and National park (but up and then down a very long hill to get there, and again to get back). We drove to that part of town when we went there. Lots of beautiful walks/hikes nearby, either from the rental (I hiked over to the Appalachian Trail for a short way) or within a short drive. Beautiful area, lots of hiking and water sports nearby, lots of historical sites to visit and learn. Would definitely come to the area again and would recommend the rental.

We had a fantastic time at The SUITES at La Soledad, Harpers Ferry ! The suite was amazing, clean, great decor, comfortable, with awesome views all around especially the Potomac River! The owner Juan was friendly, and helpful; we relaxed around the fire pit on a Friday night too Very close to town and a great restaurant called Snallygasters, 7 min walk away! All in all highly recommend this place

Suite was fully stocked with everything we might need. Decor is very pleasant. View is fabulous.
