THE 101 is ideally located within walking distance or a short bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park & Beach. The beaches offer many water sports equipment rentals. Supermarkets such as Publix, Trader Joes and Whole Foods are less than a 5 minute drive.
The Mercato Entertainment District offers a wide variety of finest Shops and Events on the Lawn. The Nightlife Scene of Mercato is renowned for its abundance and diversity including the Pub, Bar Tulia, Cavo Lounge, Blue Martini and Burn Cigar Bar, just to name a few many of which that have live entertainment and dancing. We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home for our family weekend getaway. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially loved the private pool and jacuzzi, which were the perfect spots to relax and unwind. The kitchen was excellently equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals together. Everything was in perfect working order, and the host was incredibly attentive to our needs. We are already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
