This modern craftsman house features an updated floor plan with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and modern appliances. Family friendly with great gathering spaces and fenced in back yard. Fully furnished with both kitchen and bathroom accessories. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. A master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with 3 full beds. ***Please note, this property requires that the booking guest have prior positive reviews on their account (see house rules). What a great weekend we had with our whole family at our daughter’s graduation. The house was a great place for us to all gather and visit between activities. It is centrally located with just a short drive to get to the UT campus, downtown restaurants and the airport. The house is darling, immaculate and well appointed. It is located on a quiet street but walking distance to great coffee shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!
