This location is perfect for everything we like to do downtown. The host and property manager on site always strive to provide an excellent experience. It's our third time staying here and I hope it will stay around for awhile so that we can return several more times. Thank you!

This was a great place for us to stay with our dog. Very quiet and near everything downtown Palm Springs.

This place is super rundown. It’s may be good for one night, but it was completely thick with dust underneath the bed. Also, you should know that the bedroom shows a wall with the communities laundry so you will hear the laundry spinning around and around, especially if there are shoes in it The windows are also considerably flimsy. They look like plastic they could easily be broken in for a hotel prices, I expect hotel quality. The location is great, but I would never stay here again.
