The apartment is located on the top floor of a building right in the city center and just a short walk from the sea; the view from the terrace is truly one of a kind.
The beaches are 5 to 10 minutes away, and there’s a rocky shore where you can swim right below the apartment. The city center, with all its amenities, is right all around.
Only the entrance is shared with another apartment; the unit consists of an air-conditioned bedroom, an air-conditioned living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and a recliner bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a beautiful furnished terrace.
The unbeatable terrace overlooking the sea and the prime central location make this home ideal for a vacation. The apartment has an elevator that stops on this floor. The entrance to the home is shared with another apartment; otherwise, it is completely private.
The apartment features unlimited internet access, which—along with a 50-inch Smart TV—will allow you to access all your favorite streaming platforms using your account

This was an amazing place to stay in a great part of town.
The host was as clear as he could be on how to get in and out of the place (which had an elevator! so important in Italy!) and even contacted me when it turned out I had left something behind.
The view from the balcony was great, and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore was so soothing.
Just remember one thing if you stay there: go to the RIGHT if you want to go downtown. Turning left from the door sends you along a beautiful but basically empty shore. Heading to the RIGHT sends you to the main square and along a wonderful seawalk full of restaurants and gelato places.
