Great location, very clean and spacious in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. Would highly recommend.

The house is very nice and the neighborhood is very quiet. The stream listed on the house is not accessible. The house wasn't as clean as we would have liked. The outside entrance area was very dirty and included old cigarette butts. The house rules state that no food can be left but the fridge was full of perishable items that we wouldn't ever touch.

Clean but too many rules. Rented it for my family for a wedding and it seemed like the Nick Saban commercial.
