Our house is a 15-minute walk from Metro Line 2, which connects the area to the historic center and all major sites of interest. The nearest stop is LEOPARDI. Also just a 12-minute walk away is the Cumana, an alternative for getting around the Campi Flegrei area as well. The area is also served by the new Line 6 of the Naples subway (Lala station is the most convenient from Via Coriolano), which runs through Chiaia, San Pasquale to Piazza Municipio where it is possible to interchange with Line 1, thus connecting the area to the Vomero district.
The apartment is located on the third floor, comfortable and bright. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, kitchenware and appliances: oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with 3 doubles. The house is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail is designed to welcome you to a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. Not far from home, the swimming pool at the Mostra D'Oltremare is open year-round. From mid-June to mid-September there is also a pool the outdoor one and the lower part, equipped for children. A quiet place, with equipped solarium, in the green, bar and diner.
In the case of bookings with only 2 guests, in case of need for separate beds, in order to accommodate the request it must be communicated 2 days before arrival.
Otherwise, a different arrangement of the beds cannot be guaranteed.
City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 15 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.

This was a great spot for two people who needed their own space. Comfortable, quite spacious, and down to earth. Felt very much like home. It has all the amenities needed to cook and make coffee. Each of us had our own bathroom, which was excellent. There were enough towels and the linens were very clean. Giuseppe, who managed our entry, was very clear and prompt in his communication and in meeting us. He is very professional and kind. The aparment was located 20 mins outside of the centre of the city by the Metro. Stations for two main lines we’re about a 5-7mins walk away, so it was very convenient to get downtown and great to come back to a more relaxed neighbourhood after a day’s outing. Close to great caffès, grocery store (right around the corner and on via Agosto)., and a wonderful salumeria that sellas excellent cheeses, prosciutto and mortadella. There’s a great bar/resto a block away called Dieci. FanTAStic pizza!!Really great experience. I’d highly recommend!
