This 110 m2 apartment, located on the third story of an elevator building on the prestigious Carrer de Muntaner in L'Esquerra de l'Eixample, has beautiful period details, including original mosaic floors, high plaster ceilings, stain-glass windows and polished wooden archways. A modern fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with hand shower, bathtub, and toilet, and another bathroom (toilet, sink and full shower) offers the perfect combination of elegance and practicality.
There is a large master bedroom with an arched sitting area at the back of the apartment, while two smaller bedrooms, one windowed, one without, line the hallway, so that no bedroom faces the street, providing for a peaceful night's sleep. Great location, walkable to many restaurants and destinations. Easy access to several metro lines. Manager replied promptly to questions/minor issues. Elevator access was helpful for the older members of our group. Spacious living/dining area for relaxing. Each bedroom has individual climate control which is nice. Our one complaint was the glass doors on 2/3 bedrooms are difficult for light sensitive sleepers. But overall wonderful, recommend!

Residence as advertised, lots of character and modern updated kitchen and bathrooms. Great location with lots of restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was superb and was perfect for what we were looking for with a bedroom for each child. Central location was excellent and the communication from the owners really helped. Check in was easy and again the person we met was really helpful. Would definitely use again.
