The Beach Hut can provide everything you need for the beach: towels, chairs, sunscreen, snorkel gear, even sandcastle building supplies. Well-maintained gas grills and picnic areas are also conveniently located for your use.

There are also coin-op laundry facilities on the resort property for guest use for doing laundry.

**Important Notice:** The community pool, hot tub, and pool deck will be temporarily closed for planned maintenance beginning **September 9, 2026**, for approximately four weeks, with reopening anticipated in early October. During this time, the association will be resurfacing the pool and hot tub, improving the pool deck, and refreshing the surrounding landscaping. All other community amenities, including the fitness centers, cold plunges, and sports courts, will remain open. The association also plans to offer family-friendly activities in the lower field throughout the closure, including lawn games, Water Slide Saturdays, and select food and beverage service.
