We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was neat and cozy. The check in and check out process was easy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed for our weekend stay. It was a nice surprise to arrive and find a welcome basket which had a bottle of wine, Cape Cod chips, and a souvenir mug. We received excellent communication from the owner before and during our stay our stay. She offered us an early check in and late check out which was greatly appreciated. WE would stay in this home again.

My family and I had an amazing stay here. Everything was clean and well stocked. Our favorite part was the binder with recommendations for food and activities close by. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Cape.

The house was attractive and we liked the location and easy access to John’s pond with great swimming and kayaking/canoeing. A few upgrades would make the property much more desirable. Communication could be improved. The property management company Evolve never responded to our question regarding beach towels. Communication with the owners was much better (they reached out separately). The AC situation could be better (we were there for the very hot July 4th weekend). There was no AC in the living room; the only AC on the first floor was in the first-floor bedroom. The basement did not have AC at all but just 2 de-humidifiers (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) which did not provide cooling. The mattresses in the basement could be much better. The one in the bedroom was high on one side which meant whoever slept on that side would roll into the middle, so the queen bed was really a bed for one. The mattress for the sofa bed was super thin and only a fitted (not a top sheet) was provided. The BBQ grill could be upgraded. It was so small (for a house that accommodates 8 persons) that for every BBQ dinner we had to grill multiple shifts. Finally, the common practice (as in other rental houses) of providing plentiful dishwashing and washing tablets would have been much appreciated and obviated the necessity of us supplementing them.
