The two top-floor suites are the point: each has its own queen bed, its own en-suite bath, and its own private balcony, so picking rooms is easy and no one waits in the hall for a shower. The kitchen and baths are pristine, the home is beautifully decorated, and it's stocked with the extras a group actually uses — plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels. Downstairs, an open second-floor living room pulls everyone back together for meals, a record on the turntable, crisp fall mornings with coffee, and cozy nights in. And you're three miles from Downtown — close enough to be on Broadway in a short drive or rideshare, far enough that the house stays quiet when you get home.

Our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. Additional guests (up to a max of 6) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 6.
We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs — up to 2 dogs per stay, $25 per dog per night. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of arrival if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.)
Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if arriving within the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy.

Keep noise down after dark and save the party vibes for Broadway. Nashville's quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.
🐾 Be a Responsible Pet Owner
Up to 2 well-behaved, potty-trained dogs are welcome for $25 each per night—just let us know in advance. Please clean up after your pup and keep furniture pet-free unless covered with your own linens. No other animals allowed.

The primary guest must be 21+, stay the entire time, and take responsibility for the stay. Rate includes 4 guests; extras (up to 6 total) are $20/night and must be confirmed 24 hours before arrival. Middle TN residents must request approval before booking or are subject to cancellation. Families and kids are welcome, but the home is not child-proofed.

This property was a nice, very clean home that we felt welcome at. The location is close to town without being in a loud area. It is kind of an industrial type of an area so don't expect to walk to get food or coffee but it appears to be a safe area and it is very quiet and calm. The only access to the home is through the garage so be sure to have that code on hand prior to pulling up to the property so you can jump out and open the door quickly as there is no space to park outside and look for it without blocking others coming in or out. They make it easy by sending it to you again the morning of your stay so no worries on finding it easily when you need it.
The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were great for our short visit to Nashville for Alan Jackson's last concert. Plenty of hot water for showers and the bathrooms were very nicely appointed. Unless you are 3 couples I would not say this place sleeps 6. The sofa bed is small and unless you wanna cuddle can't be shared. We had one couple and 3 individuals who do not share sleeping accommodations so we purchased an air mattress to use for our visit. We were aware of that coming into the rental but if we had 6 people who were ok sharing beds but not ok being that cuddly it could have created an awkward situation.
Their recommendation of eating breakfast/brunch at Shugga Hi was perfect. It is close by and the food was to die for.

Very clean, close to everything. There is a shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off at the door. The host was very efficient with communication.

The house was very nice and decorated really nice. I did not realize it is 3 stories and a lot of stairs when I booked it and which wasn’t ideal for my older parents. We did both have bedrooms with en-suites but they are located on the 3rd floor. We were not fans of the neighborhood. Although it’s a quick drive into DT Nashville there was a lot of construction and the freeway noise was very loud, even at night.
