Come recharge with your friends and family in our private 5-bedroom and 5-bathroom home with space for 20 guests. Two sitting spaces are provided so that every age group has a place to relax. Three bedrooms upstairs, and two downstairs ensures that every guest gets a space. Soak in the spa, or catch up around the BBQ grill and outdoor fire pit.
Centrally located so you can easily get to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon, or downtown St. George. Or get out of the hustle and bustle on any of the multiple available golf courses, hiking, and biking trails, with the Church Rock Trailhead so close by.

- Large, Open Kitchen seats 4 at the counter. Our fully stocked cupboards include a Keurig. Dining Table accommodates 8.
Upstairs -
- Sitting area with a large couch, 75” smart TV, and foosball table
- Bedroom (King) w/ en suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2 (2 Queen Bunks) with en suite bathroom
- Bedroom 3 (2 Twin bunks, and 4 Full Bunks)

- Laundry Room, stocked w/ laundry pods

Guest Access
Guests will have total privacy and 24-hour check-in with the smart lock. Garage door opener for guest use. There are no shared spaces in the home, and all in-home amenities are available for use.
On-site Parking: 2 spaces available inside the garage; 2 parking spaces available on the driveway. Overflow & trailer parking is available at the end of the street. There is no parking allowed on the street.

This home was just like it was pictured. The layout was great with plenty of space for everyone. The home was clean and the neighborhood was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Family loved the water park. Everything we needed was in the house. Great location. Great job on the decor and furniture if that matters to people. Soft beds.

Every year we have a ladies golf tournament that had 96 women strong this year. Six of us ladies stayed here in the St. George area and it was perfect for us. The hot tub was welcoming each day after golf. Plenty of parking in the garage, very safe neighborhood, quiet and easy to get to the freeway. Very nice layout for hanging out and cooking.
